【古风】十八赞

十八赞
文/刘培善

雪青蝶花匍匐秧，
嫩荚长长充菜场。
鲜时做菜好素食，
巧妇腌制下酒良。
老熟籽实鸡肾形，
白皮红脸赛关王。
尚能磨粉不榨油，
和米煮粥可口香。

豇豆：（学名：Vigna unguiculata (Linn.)Walp）,俗称豆角、姜豆、带豆、大豇子。蝶形花科，一年生缠绕草本植物，顶生小叶菱状卵形，长5—13厘米，宽4—7厘米，花冠淡紫色，长约2厘米，荚果线形，下垂，长可达40厘米。花果期6—9月。
豇豆分为菜豇豆和饭豇豆两个品系（pǐn xì），是人们根据需要长期选育的结果。传统食法：菜豇豆嫩荚作菜，饭豇豆籽实为粮。
营养成份： 维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C，矿物质包括铁质、镁质、锰质、磷质、钾质等，蛋白质及叶酸；嫩荚的营养价值能够为人体补充多种维生素物质，而且促进肠胃消化，增进食欲，理中益气，补肾健胃，和五脏，调养颜身，生精髓，止消渴，治呕吐，痢疾，止尿频，可解鼠蛇之毒。对于一些病毒还有抵抗作用。
